Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate schedules for outreach team members and contact the case manager/substitute outreach volunteers when needed. 

• Coordinate outreach with partner organizations as needed. 

• Plan the time, venue, and snacks for outreach team member meetings.

• Act as the event coordinator for volunteer appreciation events

• Manage gift giveaways for exotic dance club outreach. 

• Ensure outreach team members have all needed supplies for outreach. 

• Recruit potential new outreach volunteers

• Organize in-kind donation materials

• Pack supply bags for street-based outreach events

Time Commitment: 

• 3-5 hours weekly 

• Primarily indoor office environment or work from home
